 This intimate container is the pathway for the woman who is ready to embody and master her Muse in all facets of her life.

 

This is an advanced level training to deepen your embodiment and practice, and also for coaches, teachers and trainers looking to deepen their facilitation, and utilize the Muse method in their work. 

Once you graduate our 9 month container, you will gain certification in our Muse Methodology, so that you're able to teach both the Embodiment Practices and Muse Core Curriculum, and continue it's legacy in your own offerings. 

This is the most intimate and direct way to work with Alexi + Emily and spaces in this program are currently invite only, and acceptance based on your application. Enrollment is only available once per year.

We created this container because we know the value of doing deep embodiment work, especially alongside an intimate group of women.

You get the value of what it means to live life fully- fully alive, fully inspired, fully turned on, and fully embodied.  You want this for yourself, and you're unwilling to settle for anything less. 

You also want this for the women in your world--whether you're a coach who aspires to teach this work, or a leader in your own community or household--you are ready to deepen.
