Program Overview:
Living the Muse is a 3-month group coaching experience based on our signature Muse Method for deeper embodiment. The program also includes access to our private Living the Muse community and access to our in-depth content modules and Embodiment Practice Library.


Duration and Key Dates:

The Living the Muse program runs for 3 months, commencing with the first coaching call on October 14th, 2025 and concluding with the final call on January 7th, 2025.

The program includes:

  • Monthly Group Coaching Calls
  • Monthly Embodiment Practice Calls
  • Access to Content Modules, Embodiment Practice Library + Bonus Trainings
  • Monthly Containment + Desire Accountability
  • Private Community

Financial Terms:

Program Fees:

  • Payment in Full: $2,997 USD
  • Payment Plan: 3 x monthly installments of $1,100 USD

If paying in installments, you authorize us to automatically charge the credit card on file for any outstanding balances. You agree to keep all billing information current. If a payment fails, you must provide a new payment method immediately, or access to the program may be suspended or revoked.

For installment payments extending beyond the program end date:

  • You will not retain access to bonus modules, practitioner resources, or the right to use program content in your own work until payments are complete.
  • You remain liable for all outstanding payments, including any costs associated with debt collection, legal fees, or other incurred expenses.

Refund Policy:

  • All program fees are non-refundable, except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
  • Refunds are not provided due to changes in your personal situation or a change of mind.

Intellectual Property:

You receive access to proprietary materials, including trainings, workbooks, templates, digital products, embodiment exercises, and methods.

We retain ownership of all intellectual property rights. Unauthorized use may result in:

  • Termination of access without refund.
  • Legal action for intellectual property infringement.

Participants grant The Muse a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use any intellectual property they provide during the course for promotional purposes.


Dispute Resolution:

Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Texas, with disputes settled in Travis County, TX.


Mediation & Arbitration:

  • Parties must first attempt mediation in good faith.
  • If unresolved, disputes proceed to binding arbitration under AAA rules.
  • Each party bears its own costs, except the mediator fee, which is shared equally.
  • Class actions are waived—disputes are handled on an individual basis.

Termination:

We may terminate access without refund if you:

  • Fail to make timely payments.
  • Violate intellectual property rights.
  • Breach confidentiality or act against our business interests.
  • Engage in misconduct or unethical behavior.

Privacy & Confidentiality:

You agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

  • Business operations, program materials, and intellectual property.
  • Other participants' shared experiences and personal information.

Confidentiality does not apply where disclosure is:

  • Required by law.
  • Related to publicly available information.
  • Permitted by the disclosing party.

Prohibited Use:

You must not use program content to:

  • Modify, copy, or distribute materials without permission.
  • Engage in unlawful or unethical activities.

Marketing & Promotion:

By participating, you agree that:

  • Testimonials you provide may be used for promotional purposes.
  • Course participation may be recorded, and recordings may be used for training purposes.
